Wednesday, Sept. 3

At approximately 4:20 p.m. a Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Elijah Wesley Moore, 18, of West Union, for two warrants, one being burglary 1st degree (Class B felony) and one for assault while participating in a felony – serious injury (Class C felony) 2 counts. Moore was booked into the Fayette County Jail and later bonded out on a $20,000 cash/surety bond.

At approximately 5:40 p.m. a Fayette County Deputy arrested Andrew Michael Lawson, 39, of Fayette. Lawson has been charged with possession of a controlled substance precursor with intent to manufacture methamphetamine (Class D felony) and possession of lithium (Class D felony).
