A man is accused of throwing a 10-pound rock through the window of a Greeley Police Department mobile radar van last week.
The technician in the van suffered minor injuries, and the incident caused an estimated $2,600 in damages to the van, according to a Greeley Police Department release.
A 27-year-old man was arrested on charges of first-degree assault, criminal mischief and third-degree assault. He also had an active misdemeanor warrant for another case, the release states.
Around 7 a.m. Sept. 3, Roker threw the rock through the window of the van, which was parked in a school zone in the 2000 block of 16th Street. He fled on foot but was apprehended nearby shortly after, according to the release.
