A Scottish football club has condemned a vile social media post targeted at its staff. ‌

League Two outfit Stirling Albion released a statement on Sunday evening denouncing the "utterly abhorrent behaviour" following a post on X, previously known as Twitter , last Saturday. ‌

The club said the post seemingly displayed "an image of a Ku Klux Klan lynch mob with club employees edited in, showing them hanging from a tree". ‌

The Forthbank club expressed its disgust at the sickening photo, allegedly posted by "someone who purports to support the club", and pledged to ban the fan who shared the vile image.
