Further clarification is expected later today surrounding Colin Fortune’s shock decision to quit as Athlone Town women’s manager.

The reigning champions are two days away from becoming the first Irish club to feature in the Europa Cup against Glasgow City in a two-legged tie, with the first leg in Scotland this Wednesday.
