Two gunmen opened fire at a Jerusalem bus stop on Monday, killing five people and critically injuring seven others, emergency services said.

The two attackers were “neutralized,” the police said. No group had yet taken responsibility for the attack, and the identities of the gunmen and their exact status was not known.

One woman and four men were killed, a spokesperson for Magen David Adom, Israel‘s emergency service, said in a statement.

Seven were seriously wounded. Several others suffered minor injuries from shattered glass.

The shooting occured at the Ramot junction in the outskirts of east Jerusalem, where Israeli soldiers were later dispatched to search the area for suspects, the IDF said in a statement.
