Retail food inspections in Greenville County during August included three entities that fell below the "78" score threshold, as pests, grease, and grime, plus mislabeled stored food, were observed by SCDA during visits.
The statewide inspection team did not report any violations by any grocery store, mobile food unit, or institution. Still, it cited six restaurants that fell below the "C" grade threshold during August. Of the six, three restaurants fell below the "78" food grade score mark; however, all have corrected their errors and re-established an "A" grade during a follow-up inspection conducted shortly after.
