The Nevada Wolf Pack football team secured its first win of the season over Sacramento State, ending with a score of 20-17.
Nevada trailed 17-13 heading into the fourth quarter, but came back when Jonathan Maldonado returned an interception 36 yards for a touchdown in the last minutes of the game.
The Hornets missed a game-tying field goal, leading Nevada to take the win in the final seconds.
The Wolf Pack will face off against the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders on Saturday, September 13, at 2 p.m. in their second home game of the season.
