“That first shock, boom, it hit him.” Recalls Barbara Mosley, “And then I saw his body jump up, And then here comes the negative voice. And it said, ‘Oh girl, you're going home a widow tonight.’”

May 21st 2024, a night out with their church pickleball group turned Barbara and Reggie Mosley’s night into a fight for Reggie’s life. Barbara says, “He had just finished playing and he was, had sat down, behind the court with a friend, that was part of the connect group. And they were having a conversation.”

“We were just talking. Just joking. Like we do all the time.” Says John Farner, “Just laughing. And I thought he was getting up to go play another game. He just kind of fell over. I laid him down and said, ‘Reggie, Reggie’ and ask somebody to call 911”
