Beating a world record is cool, but how about creating one? The World’s Largest Corn Maze title was first awarded to the "Amazing Maize Maze" in 1993.

The maze was carved by hand in the shape of a dinosaur. Creator Don Franz called the maze "agriculture entertainment," while the owners of the land initially thought he was "off" for asking to make the maze.

Nearly two football fields in length, the maze was a sight to see in 1993.
