NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Happiness is subjective. However, a new study shows the emotion is hard to come by in the Volunteer State.
Several factors — internal and external — can affect an individual's level of happiness. People can boost their levels of joy by choosing to spend time with loved ones or doing activities they enjoy. But some things out of your control, such as economic uncertainty, can take a toll on happiness.
