Steve Evans has appeared unrecognisable after losing over 40kg since leaving Rotherham.

The former Millers boss was sacked 11 months into his second spell in charge back in March.

He has since been on an incredible fitness journey which has seen him turn down job offers to keep up with the challenge.

Evans has now revealed he began the training regime after leaving the club earlier this year.

As part of his health kick, the 62-year-old has been swimming 2.5km each morning as well as regularly going cycling.

In just six months, he has already lost 41.2kg and has now shown off his transformation.
