Kate Gosselin is opening up about her birth journey with her sextuplets, including her experience with pregnancy loss.

In a series of videos on TikTok, Gosselin got candid about her past struggles with infertility and pregnancy. The “Jon & Kate Plus 8” star shared the birth stories of her eight children, including twins Mady and Cara, and sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel.
