The Woods Hole Theater Company's next production will be Thornton Wilder’s Pulitzer Prize–winning play, “Our Town.” Performances will take place at the Woods Hole Community Hall from October 9 to 19.

First performed in 1938, "Our Town" is an exploration of everyday life, love, loss and the passage of time. Set in the fictional New England town of Grover’s Corners, Wilder’s play offers a universal reflection on the beauty and fragility of ordinary moments that define the human experience.

“'Our Town' reminds us that the small things—family dinners, shared laughter, quiet walks—are the big things,” production director Melinda Gallant said.
