According to multiple reports, the deal is worth up to $5 million. Bourne now returns to the team that signed him as an undrafted free agent.

Bourne initially signed with the 49ers in 2017 after going undrafted out of Eastern Washington. Despite being utilized minimally, he began to showcase his pass-catching skills.

In the 2018 season, he secured 487 yards and four touchdowns. In 2019, he brought in five touchdowns and 358 yards.
