While Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts allowed for President Donald Trump's firing of a Federal Trade Commission member to remain in effect, it is not certain yet if the Supreme Court will hear the case. Roberts asked Rebecca Slaughter's lawyers to respond to the Trump administration’s arguments by next week.
