ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office reports deputies responded to the area of State Line Road and C.R. 15 around 12:19 p.m. Sunday for a two-vehicle crash.

The report states a 2014 Chevrolet Sonic, driven by 78-year-old Dianne Lester of Goshen, was traveling east on State Line Road and failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection with C.R. 15.

Authorities say Lester continued through the intersection before striking a 2022 Ram 1500, driven by a 56-year-old Union, Mich. man, traveling north on C.R. 15. The Ram had no stop sign.

Lester was not taken to the hospital but sustained a minor cut on her lower left leg with minor bleeding.
