WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – The man charged in the death of a Wichita high school freshman in a crash last month was driving nearly 120 miles per hour just seconds before impact, according to a newly obtained arrest affidavit.

The affidavit provided reports of over a dozen Wichita police officers from the day 19-year-old Gauge Brasher crashed his BMW into 14-year-old Jackson Nzabonimpa on August 13 in southeast Wichita. Download PDF
