Music will be in the air this October, as Le Salon de Musiques, in collaboration with K. Nathan Gallery, begins its 2025–2026 season at the historic La Jolla Woman’s Club.
On Sunday, Oct. 12, at 4 p.m., the organization will welcome audiences to its grand opening concert, promising an evening that blends the beauty of music and European art.
Introduced by musicologist Adam Gilbert, the program will feature three piano quartets by Beethoven, Mendelssohn, and Foote—including one U.S. premiere—performed by the Topelli Trio, composed of Limor Toren-Immerman on violin, Thomas Loewenheim on cello, and Peter Klimo on piano, with special guest violist Nicholaus Yee. Alongside the music, attendees will enjoy European paintings by Rivoire, Mendjisky, and D’Espagnat, creating an immersive artistic
