A fully leased Dollar General retail property in Camden County changed hands on Sept. 2 in a nearly $1.7 million deal.

The 11,528-square-foot building at 1601 Williamstown Erial Road, Sicklerville sold for $1.675 million to VanRock Properties, according to a statement issued this month by Cushman & Wakefield.

The property is leased to Dollar General through 2029.

The buyer is completing a 1031 exchange, a tax-deferred investment strategy that allows investors to swap like-kind properties while deferring capital gains taxes.

Cushman & Wakefield’s team, including Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Andre Balthazard, Dan Bottiglieri and Andy Merin, represented the seller, Erial-Jarvis LLC, in the transaction.
