Law enforcement said Cruz allegedly sprayed his neighbor’s daughter with a garden hose at his Silver Lake home in Los Angeles, according to TMZ. The altercation began when the fan-favorite villain asked the girl to move away as he was washing his car, according to a source familiar with the case who spoke to TMZ.
