HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Good Monday evening everyone! Heading into this evening, a few more showers and isolated thunderstorms will be possible around central and western areas. Later tonight, Eastern Nebraska will likely have a better chance of some showers and thunderstorms. Lows tonight will mostly be in the mid to upper 50s and lower 60s.

After a long stretch of fall-like temperatures, the summer warmth returns for the rest of the week peaking on Friday. Highs by the end of the work week will be mainly in the upper 80s and lower 90s. There will continue to be mainly nightly low-end chances for showers and thunderstorms for limited portions of the area.
