SPLENDORA, Texas — A Splendora man thought he was being slick when he ordered a delivery from Uber Eats. Nope.

When the Uber driver picked up the guy's package for delivery, he knew something was up because it had a "distinct aroma."

Instead of taking it to the customer, the driver went straight to the in Liberty County, northeast of Houston.

Officers discovered a container of baby wipes inside the box with a large amount of methamphetamine and several THC cartridges hidden inside.

The customer was told that the Uber had broken down, and he was given a location to collect his precious package. When he showed up, officers were waiting. The man was handcuffed and taken to jail.

"Splendora PD: Always delivering results… just not the kind he ordered,"

No word on whether police are going
