YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WOIO) - Several Ursuline High School coaches were placed on leave or suspended after a former football player and his family filed a hazing lawsuit against the school last week.
According to a release from Ursuline High School, Head Coach Daniel Reardon agreed to an “indeterminate suspension” on Monday pending the outcome of an investigation and litigation.
“There have been no decisions regarding renewal of Coach Reardon’s contract or future employment,” the release said.
Coaches Timothy McGlynn and Christian Syrianoudis were also placed on administrative leave, according to the release.
The release said there have also been no decisions about the coaches’ contracts.
“Ursuline is unable to share additional information at this time,” the release said.
