Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett has weighed in on the constitutional viability of a potential third term for President Donald Trump , telling Fox News host Bret Baier that the 22nd Amendment's two-term limit is clear and unambiguous.

When asked if the amendment was "cut and dry," Barrett responded: "Well, you know, that's what the amendment says, right? You know, after FDR had four terms, that's what that amendment says."
