Girls soccer: Bree Carpenter scores game-winner for Ellet

Ellet 1, Barberton 0: Senior Bree Carpenter scored the game-winning goal in the second half off an assist from junior Nevaeh Eason for Ellet (6-1-1) in a nonleague victory. Aubrey Wilson's seven saves in goal preserved the shutout of the Magics (1-5-2).

Boys soccer: Colin Harris, Max Ogg lead Northwest to PAC win

Northwest 2, Tuslaw 1 : Freshman Colin Harris and Max Ogg each scored a first-half goal to lead Northwest to a Principals Athletic Conference win. Senior Lukas Snyder had eight saves in goal for Northwest (6-1-1, 3-1-0).
