You don’t have to be a fan of Hacks to see that the comedy world, while more welcoming than it used to be, still has some glass ceilings to smash. The inaugural Funny Is Female Comedy Festival aims to bring a hammer or two along with the laughs to this showcase of “women and female-identifying people in comedy.
