There are a handful of buildings on 19 acres at the historic Clinton College in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
It’s not a huge campus by any means, yet Donnie Ingram seems to be everywhere.
“I’m tickled to death with the job. I tell everybody it is the best job I ever had; it really is,” said Donnie, who is known as ‘Mr. Ingram' to the students and staff.
His days are spent going from the dining room to the dorms and anywhere else he’s needed as the facilities manager. He’s been at the college for the last eight years.
“You’ve got nothing to gain from being stressed. Stress don’t add nothing to you; it only takes away,” said Mr. Ingram.
