DENVER, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Two Charlotte men are accused of committing fraud at a bank in Denver, deputies say.
On September 5, deputies with the Catawba County Sheriff's Office responded to the Fifth Third Bank after personnel reported that two individuals were believed to be committing fraud.
It was reported that one individual was attempting to access another person's funds, using a fraudulent ID to initiate a transfer.
