FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- A man has been found guilty of contempt of court following his pretrial hearing for arguing with the Court and yelling expletives at the judge.
Ronnie Mason was charged with a level 4 felony count of dealing cocaine in April. During a pretrial hearing, he began a verbal altercation with members of the court over his disagreement with his court-appointed attorney. To the judge, he yelled, "(expletive) you."
Mason was found guilty of contempt of court by the judge and, if also found guilty of dealing cocaine, will serve an additional 180 days consecutively. He faces up to 12 years in prison.
Mason was also separately charged in January with two different resisting law enforcement charges, possession of marijuana, and operating a vehicle without a license. These
