LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — The Superior Court of Pennsylvania has partially overturned a ruling making five Lackawanna County Office of Youth and Family Services caseworkers immune to prosecution.

A state superior court now says those workers cannot face child endangerment charges, but they can be prosecuted on charges of failing to report child abuse.
