Center ISD announced Thursday on Facebook that it has selected Jake Henson as the district's lone finalist for the superintendent position.

"We believe his leadership will guide our district into the next chapter of growth and excellence, and we look forward to the vision he will bring to our students, staff and community," the post said.

The social media post continued, saying, "We invite everyone to join us in supporting Mr. Henson as he prepares to lead Center ISD into a bright future."
