The mistake of StoneGate: Ignoring a community's voice

For months, residents of Ward 4 have watched with growing concern as the StoneGate development has shifted away from the promises made to our community. The original plan for this large piece of land on the west side of Cold Springs included critical resources — housing, schools, a police station and a fire station. These are not luxuries; they are necessities for one of Reno’s most underserved wards.
