ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. —
Private school leaders across the state of South Carolina are petitioning for funding that would cover the costs of employing school resource officers.
In August, Gov. Henry McMaster announced the state received its final funding from the General Assembly in the form of $29.4 million. The funds would go to supplying a qualified, full-time officer at every public school in the state. Latest Forecast
