ST. MARY PARISH, La. (KLFY) -- Three people are arrested for alleged cruelty to the infirmed, according to deputies.

Trudy Marie Collins, 52, of Jeanerette was arrested and charged with affecting the health and safety of persons with infirmities-cruelty to the infirmed and failure to seek assistance on Monday.

Brittany Nicole Bonin, 27, of New Iberia was arrested and charged with principal to offenses affecting the health and safety of persons with infirmities-cruelty to the infirmed, principal to battery aggravated second-degree and failure to seek assistance on Tuesday.

In addition, Cade Michael Thielen, 25, New Iberia was arrested and charged with cruelty to the infirmed, battery aggravated second-degree, and failure to seek assistance on Tuesday.
