An at-risk 91-year-old man was reported missing after being last seen Thursday in Panorama City, prompting the issuance of a Silver Alert.

Delfino Carillo was last seen at approximately 8:20 a.m. Thursday, near the intersection of Chase Street and Matilija Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Carillo was described as a 5-foot-2-inch man weighing 130 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black hat, sweatpants, a striped long-sleeve button-up shirt and white shoes.

Anyone with information regarding Carillo’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.

The CHP established the Silver Alert program to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances
