'It shocks your system': The impact one Iowa high school teacher left on his students

PLEASANTVILLE, Iowa —

Pleasantville High School honored the life of the late Cory Willis during Thursday night's volleyball game.

Willis died at the age of 52 from complications of liver cancer.

For 26 years, he was a teacher and coach for Pleasantville High School and Junior High School.

There will be another remembrance during the football game this Friday night.

Willis was from Mount Ayr, which is Pleasantville's opponent this weekend.
