SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -The RedHawks walked off the Canaries in game one before the Birds got the bats going in the second game in Fargo to even the series with a 9-2 win.

That set up the critical 3rd game at the Birdcage Thursday night with the final 3 games of the West Division Championship of the American Association in Sioux Falls.

Jordan Barth drilled a walkoff homerun with two outs in the tenth inning on Thursday to lift the Canaries to an 8-7 victory in game three of the West Division Championship Series.

The Birds struck for four runs in the bottom of the first and never trailed. Calvin Estrada opened the scoring with a sacrifice groundout and Barth followed with an RBI single. Josh Rehwaldt blasted a two-run homerun before the RedHawks could escape the jam.
