The Abilene Cowgirls hosted the Lady Wamego Red Raiders for a NCKL duel on Tuesday evening and earned a split finishing 1-1.
The Cowgirls dropped the first match of the evening as they fell in straight sets 19-25 and 18-25. Consistent play on the court seemingly put Abilene in a deficit that they were unable to overcome.

The Cowgirls then were able to regroup in the second match with a pair of convincing 25-17 and 25-20 wins.
