A new park in San Francisco is offering breathtaking views of the city and reimagining an entire neighborhood.

Cityside Park on Treasure Island opens at noon Saturday.

“We open it up, everyone gets to come out and enjoy this spectacular place for the first time in awhile,” said Chris Guillard, CMG landscape architecture, principal and designer.”
