FLINT, Texas — The father of the man accused of damaging a Jesus statue at an East Texas church told investigators that his son became a Satan worshipper in recent years and refuses to take medication for his mental illness, according to arrest documents.
Jordan Clark, 36, of Flint, was arrested Thursday for criminal mischief at a place of worship after being identified as the suspect who damaged the Jesus statue at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Flint during the early morning hours of Sunday, Sept. 7. His bond is set at $400,000.
