BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A New Jersey man arrested at the Rainbow Bridge and his family are facing multiple charges after allegedly murdering and dismembering a man in June, the Camden County Prosecutor's Office announced Thursday.

A man, identified as 41-year-old Everton Thomas, was arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Monday at the Rainbow Bridge crossing heading into the United States. CBP officers found he had an active arrest warrant out of Camden, N.J., for first-degree homicide with a gun.

On June 14, 48-year-old Harold Miller Jr. of Deptford, N.J., was reported missing. An investigation revealed surveillance video and cell phone data showing Miller entering a residence on Baird Boulevard in Camden just before 11:30 a.m. on June 12.
