A new upscale watch shop is coming to Phillips Avenue in downtown Sioux Falls by next year, a hint at what’s to become of the boarded-up mystery business venture at the former Vishnu Bunny tattoo and piercing shop.

Vishnu Bunny , a well-known tattoo and piercing shop, moved out of the space at 202 S. Phillips Ave. in late September 2024 after the building space was sold to another buyer.

The landlord of the building, Susan E. Scott, sold the properties at 202 and 204 S. Phillips Ave., ( Primp Boutique next door), in May 2024 to what is listed as “Chancy One LLC” for $1,300,000, more than 73% over the property’s full value, according to a commercial sales report with Minnehaha County .
