Ego Nwodim is saying goodbye to Saturday Night Live after seven seasons.

The comedian announced her departure from the late-night comedy show on Friday, Sept. 12, in an Instagram post . In her heartfelt message, Nwodim thanked the series creator Lorne Michaels and everyone else who was along for the journey with her.
