Firefighters rescued a person from a house fire Thursday night in Sarnia.
Heavy smoke was coming from a home on Devine Street around midnight when firefighters arrived, the fire service said.

Firefighters encountered high temperatures and low visibility inside, but quickly removed the person.
CPR was administered and a pulse regained before the person was taken to Bluewater Health with injuries Sarnia police described as life-threatening.
SUV, trailer and boat end up in a ditch
