Two separate protests in Toronto, occurring a day apart, led to the arrest of two individuals. The first incident took place on Wednesday at Roy Thomson Hall during a screening of the documentary "The Road Between Us." The event attracted both pro-Palestinian demonstrators and pro-Israeli counter-protesters. According to Toronto Police, a man jumped over a barrier to disrupt the demonstration at the intersection of King Street West and Simcoe. He was arrested after refusing to identify himself.

The second incident occurred on Thursday at the United Jewish Appeal (UJA) Federation of Toronto’s annual Campaign Launch at Meredian Hall. During this event, a group of protesters was present when an individual wearing a full-face black balaclava began yelling obscenities at patrons waiting in line for tickets. It is reported that the individual ignored warnings from police and continued to shout.
