Mayor Cal Hendrick was the guest speaker at the Downtown Lions Club Friday. After the meeting, Mayor Hendrick rolled up his sleeves and assisted club members in sorting donated eyeglasses. These glasses will soon be distributed to individuals in need. The event took place at the Downtown Lions Club, located at 1101 N. Whitaker.
