MATT LaFleur was spotted screaming at one of his players during Thursday Night Football.

After a critical error in the first quarter, LaFleur didn't hold back on letting the player responsible know they messed up.

During a 4th-and-3 play in the first quarter, defensive end Kingsley Enagbare stepped onto the field thinking the Green Bay Packers were lining up for a field goal.

However, the Packers were trying to run a hurry up offense to convert the 4th down, and Enagbare disrupted on the play.

By stepping on the field, referees stopped the play to allow the Washington Commanders to make a sub.

The Packers ultimately failed to convert the first down after Jordan Love 's pass fell incomplete.
