67-year-old dead after being hit by Tesla in Yankton County

YANKTON COUNTY, S.D. (KCAU) — A man is dead after being hit by a Tesla Thursday night.

According to a release from the South Dakota Department of Public Safety, a man was hit and killed by a Tesla on Highway 46, about seven miles west of Irene, at around 8:23 p.m.

The release states that the Tesla was heading east on Highway 46 when it hit a 67-year-old man who had been walking on the roadway.
