MONROE, La. (KNOE) - Meet Young Whipper Snapper and Goofy Goober!

Their names are as amazing as they are.

Goofy Goober is a relaxed dog who is waiting to have a couch to snuggle on. He gets the zoomies like everyone else, but he’s more likely to be chillin’ at your feet. You can read more about him in our Shelter Spotlight below.

Young Whipper Snapper is what he sounds like...young. He’s a puppy and is rambunctious. He’ll mellow out as he grows older. But, he really mellows out and becomes a love bug in your arms.

The shelter is always in need of donations of blankets as we get into the colder months. Cleaning supplies are also needed. You can drop them off at the shelter at 1212 McAllister St in Ruston
