A member of a major Ulster County drug trafficking network has been sentenced to over three years in federal prison for his role in distributing fentanyl and cocaine. Justin Torres, 37, of Ellenville, received a 37-month sentence after admitting to trafficking approximately 580 grams of cocaine and 200 grams of fentanyl as part of a broader conspiracy.

The investigation, led by the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team with support from Homeland Security Investigations and multiple local agencies, disrupted a narcotics pipeline that authorities say posed a serious threat to public safety.
